Built for Real Manufacturing
Start in 30 minutes with a visual interface and handheld teaching.
Quick to deploy, easy to use, and designed for fast ROI.
Flexible Welding Automation for Modern Manufacturing
WA-2000 is built to deliver efficient and reliable welding automation for applications that require a larger working envelope. With its 2000 mm working reach, it offers greater coverage and flexibility when handling larger parts, wider fixtures, and more complex welding paths.
Like WA-1500, WA-2000 features a handheld teaching pendant and an intuitive visual interface, allowing operators to learn and program the system in as little as 30 minutes — with no complex coding required.
With extended reach, stable performance, and consistent welding quality, WA-2000 helps manufacturers improve line flexibility, reduce manual workload, and increase output in demanding production environments.

FAQs
What is the lead time for delivery?
Delivery takes 30 business days after order confirmation.
What materials and thicknesses can WeldApex robots weld?
Supported materials include carbon steel, cold-galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. The supported thickness range is 1 to 8 mm.
What types of workpieces are suitable for welding?
Suitable applications include:
• Structural Parts: Mass-produced square/round tubes, sheet metal, flanges, doors, windows, and guardrails.
• Transportation Equipment: Frames for electric bikes, strollers, and storage racks.
• Others: Steel structures requiring spot welding or short welds.
What types of workpieces are NOT recommended?
We do not recommend our robots for pressure vessels, general spliced plates from blanking, or non-standard custom parts that are not mass-produced.
What is the warranty period?
We provide a standard 24-month warranty for the robotic system and power source, along with lifetime online technical support.
Are professional programming skills required to operate the robot?
No. The control system is designed for intuitive operation. Your operators can master basic programming and daily operations after a short period of standard training.
Is installation guidance provided?
Yes. Detailed manuals and video tutorials are included with the system. Remote engineering support is also available to ensure fast deployment.
